MTD T380M Front-Tine Tiller

Fitted with six rotors, each with four sprung-steel heat-treated tines, the heavy-duty MTD T380M will power its way through the toughest domestic and allotment-based cultivation tasks.

It’s a seriously powerful machine; its ultra-reliable MTD ThorX 55 H engine offering a cylinder-displacement of 179cc.

The engine uses the very latest overhead-valve technology to ensure fuel-consumption; exhaust emissions; noise; and vibration are all kept at manageable levels.

A low-tone muffler further lessens engine-noise; while a cast-iron crankshaft and a duel-element air-filter work to significantly extend engine-life. In order to maximise the machine’s versatility, MTD have provided a choice of three preset working-widths (33 / 61 / 81cm) that make it possible to tackle a wide variety of tilling applications, both primary and secondary.

An adjustable depth-stake contributes further to flexibility-of-use.
